AA Quick Plumbing And Sewer

The only reason for two stars is the promptness and courtesy of the plumbers that came. I came home to sewage in my basement. I called AA Quick because I've used them in the past, the plumber came out within the hour and got to work. I would have thought he'd know better but he walked through my house several times with the sewage all over his boots, I finally told him to go through the garage. Although he was nice, he did not unclog the drain, he broke my clean out valve AND an overhead pipe while trying to open the clean out, never said a word about the damage. I paid him $145.00for his hour of work with the understanding that if the city couldn't open the sewer he'd come back. The next day is when I saw the damage, I called them back, a different plumber came and was astounded by the condition my pipes were left by the previous plumber. He said he'd go run numbers and get back to me. Run numbers? They broke my pipes. The next day I got a call stating the job would normally be $2100-$2200 but they'd give me a break and only charge $1800.-$1900. How very generous. The scam here is they have you sign the receipt after initial work is done; the receipt states they are not responsible for damage done, they don't tell you about any damage they caused much less that they won't be responsible to fix it. They caused more damage and charge 200 times more than the original work. I'm giving them the opportunity to make this right, if they don't, I'm going to get menopausal redhead on them. I know enough media people to get the word out.

I've used this company for many years for 450 apartments and some of my maintenance guys have used them 30+ years. They are not the company they once were as times have changed. Most good plumbers work for themselves, not for a company.Therefore, AA Quick does not have many good employees anymore if any. They will come "unclog" a drain then if that same drain backs up a few days later AA Quick WILL NOT honor their 30 day warranty, ever. They just say it's not their fault it backed up again and charge you. Even though the drain never backed up for years nor did it back up after the second time they came meaning the first guy just pushed the clog further down the line because he doesn't know what he's doing. This has happened more times than I can count. The last time they came AA Quick had us cutting holes all over the kitchen to find the stack to cut a portion of it out where the clog was. Never have we ever had to do that before so we kicked the guy off the property. AA Quick sent me a $500+ invoice for that trip when they didn't get the clog out yet damaged my property, again. They sent a new guy a few days later (they take a lot longer than they used to) who got the clog out easily without replacing the stack as they have every other time which I happily paid for. AA Quick is upset I won't pay them the $500+ for damaging my property, which they will be receiving an invoice for, and not getting the clog out. Do yourself a favor and find a good independent guy. There's tons of them out there. The good ones do not work for the companies anymore.

Have used them twice! Both times they were at our home within a few hours. This time Donnie came and fix the bathroom drain very quickly and was super polite and professional! Wouldn’t use anyone else for snaking a drain! Thanks again!!

Quick responses and reasonably priced! We had a drain backing up in our basement and they came out to fix it within an hour of our call. The price was what I had been told upfront and staff was very friendly.

The only reason they are receiving a five star is because the employee that came to the house was very professional and helpful, took care of the problem in a timely manner. Now I will warn people not to use cash app or PayPal because you will get charged again for the service. And then the office has no idea what to do when they’re the ones that has the hold on it very rude When trying to discuss this matter and still yet have not got my money back are heard back from the office. This is day, three of not getting my money back.

The person came out to my home to unclog a pipe he also broke the pipe outside of my home did not tell me he broke it, It has been a week they have not refund my money or replace my pipe. This is unacceptable and I’m starting to believe this is how they do business to get people to call them back to unclog the drain Knicks I’m calling channel 4 news to have them investigate it
